Holiday Inn Express Fort Saskatchewan, an IHG Hotel

Upon arrival the front desk associate was personable and helpful. While the room was on the first floor and relatively close to where the ice machines were there was little to no noise pollution. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well, and the shower hygiene products were higher quality than you see at many hotels.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. I loved it!! Room wonderful, bed comfortable and shower amazing!! To top it off the breakfast was delicious!

I loved this hotel and the staff went above and beyond. I traveled here from out of province with my daughter's back in July. The manager went above and beyond welcomed my daughters everyday, helped me find and organize local taxis, Breakfast was delicious and 1 less thing to think about daily. Staff was always happy, helpful and they were always cleaning.

Staff were friendly, room was great! I had asked for Jacuzzi tub room and got more then I expected, the room was a beautiful room, smart TV in the room, and hot breakfast the next morning was more then I expected. The kids loved the pool, I would highly recommend to friends and family.

The breakfast cleanliness and service was very friendly.
